📝 Job Description:

As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing specialized instruction to students with disabilities, ensuring their academic growth and development. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
  • Participating in professional development and training sessions.

✅ Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
  • Certification: Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
  • Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
