Job Description:
Target Corporation is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by greeting customers, helping them find products, and ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Assist customers in locating merchandise and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain product displays and keep shelves stocked and organized
- Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) systems accurately
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Promote store loyalty programs and upsell when appropriate
- Support inventory management and backroom operations
- Follow company policies and safety protocols
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 40 lbs
- Must be available for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
